A very pretty, Andalucian cortijo requiring reform and located in between Priego de Córdoba and Algarinejo. The views are breathtaking and the plot generous. There are approx 50 olives and various fruit trees.
Built over 2 storeys, the ground floor has a lounge/diner with Andalucian fireplace, small pantry and one other room which has a separate access. The first floor has a reception area, 2 bedrooms and a hayloft with separate access.
To the front of the property there is a beautiful terrace which is great for sitting out on. The property has electric and used to have water via a spring which is still functioning but the pipe to the house has been removed. You will need to improve the access by creating a hardcore track through the olives (allow 2,000€). There also used to be an orchard which was fed by a leat but this also needs repairing.
