A really beautiful plot which is located within 4 kms from Villanueva Mesía and approx 10 kms from Montefrío.
Access is by a track which is passable in a car. The views are knockout with a mixture of pine trees and olive trees.
There is an approved project included in the price for a 3 bed, 3 bath detached house built over 2 storeys. The build cost will be in the region of 75,000€ depending on your personal specifications.
