Córdoba International Airport
Córdoba airport closed some 10 years ago, previously operating solely as an internal airport.
From 4th September 2008 it will re-open with internal daily flights to Barcelona , Bilbao and Vigo in Galicia.
When the extension to the runway is completed in 2010 it will operate as an International Airport in readiness for the city achieving European City of Culture status when it will receive many foreign visitors.
A new link road direct from the new Málaga – Córdoba motorway is already under construction. When this is completed access to the coast will be less than 90 minutes by car. An added bonus for the investors amongst you will be the fact that property prices will rise quickly once the airport opens. 
From Córdoba you can travel by high speed train (AVE) and be in Madrid in under 2 hours. Travelling by this train can only be described as travelling in a plane due to the speed and ride. Alternatively in the other direction you can travel by the same transport and be in Seville (the capital of Andalucia) within an hour.
