We work exclusively with a long-established local builder, Hermanos Pérez Hermosilla and can provide everything you need including translation services and project management if you live in the U.K.
All the relevant building licences will be applied for and obtained on your behalf.
Every last detail will be covered including tiling, carpentry, plumbing and electrical services and even solar power if you require it. All work is carried out by tradesmen and we will be happy to personally show you some recently completed projects. If you would like further assurances, we will happy to let you talk to the very happy owners of these properties.
